Lilly Broadcasting is excited to officially welcome three radio stations.

The company closed on the sale Thursday.

The stations include:

Soon, listeners will also hear news updates from Erie News Now and weather forecasts from the First Warning Weather team.

"Warren County will have more coverage not only from the Lilly Broadcasting team but also from us working together," said Dale Bliss, station manager for 92 Gold, Kinzua Country 104.3 and News Talk 96.7.

"Back in 1949, [WICU was] a TV station with a radio station," said Pam Forsyth, general manager of Lilly Broadcasting Erie. "That's been gone for a very long time. It's ironic that in [WICU's] 70th year, we've purchased a radio station again, so we're back to TV and radio."

The stations can be picked up in Warren, Jamestown, Corry and the surrounding communities.

The sale was approved by the FCC on June 5.
